The Cases App plays a vital role in Apptivo's CRM system. Since customers are the backbone of any business, making them happy should be a number one priority.

The Cases App gives the ability to log or capture customer queries and requests by creating a case. Track all cases that are open and receive updates on which need to be completed. Specific employees and projects can be joined with any case.
