How to disable Office 365 sync in Apptivo?

Apptivo allows you to sync your Office 365 account with Apptivo to ensure easy access and association of all activities in one platform.

Steps to disable Office 365 sync

Log into your Apptivo account using Office 365. Select the User Menu from the top right corner and select Preferences.

On the Preferences page, select Email → Office 365 to see the account integrated with your Apptivo account.
The Configure Office365 page appears.
It is in the enabled status. To disable the sync, click the Disable Sync button.

Once the sync is disabled, the button changes into Enable Sync. The action is recorded in the History table.

You can restart the sync at any time by clicking the Enable Sync button.
