Why do I get “Sent Folder Not Available” when I try to enable email sync with Office 365 for the first time?

You can sync your emails effortlessly with Apptivo. Apptivo allows synchronization with Office 365. This allows the effortless forwarding of emails to Apptivo from Office 365.

You can establish sync with Office 365 by following the given steps. However, we get an error "Sent folder not available" when we do try to enable email sync for Office 365 for the first time. This is because it takes some time for Office 365 to enable the email sync. The minimum time taken is 30 minutes to establish the sync.
