How to remove the Apptivo add-ins from Outlook?

One excellent way to offer more functionality and enable you to enhance your business productivity is through add-ins. Outlook has a feature that allows you to integrate your records in Apptivo with the Emails in Outlook. The Add-in has access to the message that you are working with. With this Add-in, you can view and create records in Apptivo’s CRM Apps like Contacts App, Customers App, Leads App, Opportunities App, and many more. To remove the Apptivo add-in from Outlook, adhere to the given steps.

Steps to remove:

• Log into your Outlook and click on the Add-Ins icon as shown in the below screenshot.

• You’ll get the Add-Ins for Outlook pop-up. Click on My add-ins from the left panel and scroll down to Custom Addins.
• You could see Apptivo for Outlook and click on the Manage Addins icon.

• Upon clicking the Manage Addin, you’ll be given two options. Click on the Remove button.

• There you have your Apptivo add-in removed.
• You could add the Apptivo add-in by using the “Add a custom add-in”.
