How do I Compose an Email from Home Dashboard?

Steps to Compose an Email

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on “Emails” from left navigation panel.

  3. Click on “Compose Email” button to create an email.

  4. Fill in the following details:
    • From - Your email account email address and the authenticated email addresses.
    • To – Recipient Address. Start typing in field it will auto suggest the existing email addresses (such as Contacts, Customers, Leads).
    • Subject – Subject of an email.
    • Message – Message of an email.
    • Associated with – You can add the association for an email. By default, an Employee who composes an email will be associated.

  5. Click on “Send” button to send or else "Close" the email window to save a mail below the draft folder.
