Steps to Compose an Email
- Log in to your account.
- Click on “Emails” from left navigation panel.
- Click on “Compose Email” button to create an email.
- Fill in the following details:
- From - Your email account email address and the authenticated email addresses.
- To – Recipient Address. Start typing in field it will auto suggest the existing email addresses (such as Contacts, Customers, Leads).
- Subject – Subject of an email.
- Message – Message of an email.
- Associated with – You can add the association for an email. By default, an Employee who composes an email will be associated.
- Click on “Send” button to send or else "Close" the email window to save a mail below the draft folder.
