Apptivo Invoices App helps you to convert a single invoice and also bulk invoices in PDF format. You can download all invoices into PDF format and save in the system.

Steps to Download Bulk Invoices

Log in and access Invoices App from your universal navigation menu bar.
Click on "Show All" from the left navigation panel which will display all the invoices.
Now, select the particular invoices or all the invoices which you want to download. "Bulk Action" button gets activated once you select any invoice for downloading.
Move to "Bulk Action -> Download PDFs" to download your invoice.
Your invoices get downloaded and you can view the invoice pdf in your system downloads.
